Brene Brown is a shame researcher and her journey from starting the research, going public with it to becoming one of the most inspirational leaders for emotional self development is very thought provoking and very relieving when we understand how we can take our darkest shadows and let the light shine on them in order to come out stronger and more confident than ever thought possible. I would like to invite you to listen to this TED talk of Brene where she give a good insight into her work and instead of judging immediately take it in, sit, walk, sleep with it for a couple of days and see what comes out of it.
