Less Stress – smell the roses!

So often I hear people complain about how stressed they are and how they don’t know anymore how to deal with all that is on their plate. They have lost their fun in life and they don’t stop anymore to smell the roses, to enjoy the beautiful little moments that show up every day in life.

A degree of stress and pressure in life is inevitable and can often even help getting things done. But when stress becomes excessive it can cause a “flight, fright or freeze” response and make life difficult to manage. When this goes on for a long period of time it can cause serious mental and/or physical challenges and consequently produce even more stress.

In my 3 hour workshop I want to show you simple strategies to help you find what really is important in your life and how by knowing that you can reduce the stress level considerably. And that ultimately will give you time again to smell the roses, to cherish those little moments in life that can have such a profund effect.
